Songs For A Humpday Feat: Hurts, Jamaica, Database, Tronik Youth & Bobby Bustle

Two of my favorite producers from over the pond (The Atlantic) have taken a classic tune from Hurts and made it very disco and it will be hitting dancefloors world wide. The infamous Jamaica has taken this tune and truly made it their own. Tronik Youth took that version and then added his own spin keeping the best parts of Jamaica's remix goin and extending the synthy goodness. Both versions totally blow me away. Heavy synths, big beats, heart wrenching melodic vocals teamed up with these producers really can set one on fire.

Be sure to check out our past post on HURTS here back when we first broke them to the U.S.! We hope to get them in at a show at TILT soon. Until then you'll have to enjoy this 320kbps DJ friendly single and download.

Hurts - Better Than Love (Jamaica Remix)

Hurts - Better Than Love (Tronik Youth Jamaica Re-Edit)

Here are two other fun tracks for your week. Our friends from Database have come with a chill new tune. Not to heavy, and makes for some great music for a hot, slow summer day.

Gemini Club - Mary's Day (Database Remix)

Our other close friend Bobby Bustle has taken on an Usher song and really remixed a solid one here. Real chilled out and almost comes with a Dubstep feel. With clean production like this, you know the DJ has you falling in love again. Turn this one up and be sure to keep your eye on this rising producer.
